ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The Head of School will admit new students
based on the following multiple criteria:
  • I.Q. of 130 or above
  • Age 5 by September 30
  • Record of prior school performance
  • Parent/child interviews
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Proof of immunization, in accordance with State of Ohio law
  • Medical examination by a physician and dental examination by a dentist given within a year of enrollment
  • A birth certificate
  • In situations involving separation, divorce, adoption or foster care, a certified copy of an order or decree allocating parental rights and responsibilities for the care of the child, and designating a residential parent and legal custodian of the child
  • Records from most recent school or home school setting
  • Emergency medical instructions indicating preferred hospital, doctor and dentist
  • Work phone numbers and the phone number of someone other than family who could be reached when the family can't be reached
  • Specific directions for medicines to be taken during the day
TUITION is payable as follows:
  • $750 nonrefundable reservation fee due with signed contract to reserve a place for your child
  • Balance payable in (a) full, (b) two equal payments, or (c) ten equal payments including a $250 service charge. The balance or first installment is due July 1. The school charges interest on any unpaid balance as of 30 days past the due date at the lesser of the maximum legal rate or .66% each month until the account is paid in full.
