Schilling Singers

The Schilling Singers is an elective choir offered on MWF for our Upper School students. In addition, all other students have a music class.  Students learn various styles, instrumental accompaniments, and technique.

The Schilling Singers were invited to compete in the Lower Austria Chorissimo choral competition in Grafenegg, near Vienna, Austria.  Competing against 700 choristers, they won first place.

During the requested encore, over 1300 people in the crowd jumped to their feet, waved their hands in the air, and sang along with the Schilling Singers.

The photo of the Schilling Singers by the lake to the right is in Salzburg, Austria, right where The Sound of Music was filmed.
